Standard Job
- You have 1 PCB per netlist
- Your PCB is rectangular or round
- You do not have more than 2 defined placements
Non-Standard Job
- Your board requires:
- RF routing
- Controlled impedance traces
- Matched line lengths
- Differential pairs
- Voltages over 50V
- You have more than 1 PCB per netlist
- Your board is irregularly shaped (not rectangular or round)
- You have more than 2 predefined component placements
If your job is non-standard, we will need more info in order to provide an accurate quote.
Please generate a quote using your job's basic details and include the keyword "Non-standard" in the "Special Instructions" field. We will contact you to complete your quote.
What are the terms and conditions?
- Our quick quotes are based on the number of components, nets, and nodes your project requires. Changes to this info after quote will require a new quote.
- Final quotes are based on the design documents you provide - changes to these files after receipt of quote will require a new quote:
- Netlist
- Schematic
- BOM
- Any Mechanical definitions necessary
- Any additional design documents that are needed to perform the layout will be specified in your quote. These documents must be received before your order will be processed and begun.
Feedback Reviews & Changes
- We provide you two opportunities to review your layout. One at part placement and the other after routing is complete.
- Interactive Part Placement Review
- We place your parts according to the information you provide.
- You will receive a PDF check print of the placements at least 24 hours prior to placement review.
- We will have an appropriate length interactive part placement review. You will see your design through a virtual portal (see virtual portal limitations). During the scheduled review time we will interactively make changes to your design as we discuss them, however, any major changes may require additional cost. We will itemize these additional costs and provide them to you for acceptance.
- Interactive Routing Review
- Your PCB is routed according to the design information you provide.
- You will receive a pdf check print of the routing layers at least 24 hours prior to routing review.
- We will have an appropriate length interactive routing review. You will see your design through a virtual portal (see virtual portal limitations). During the scheduled review time we will interactively make changes to your design as we discuss them, however, any major changes may require additional cost. We will itemize these additional costs and provide them to you for acceptance.
- Virtual Portal Limitations
- Some firewalls may restrict the operation of our virtual conferencing service. In this case the scheduled reviews will be over the phone without interactive review of the layout.
Deliverables
- You will receive the following deliverables:
- Gerber files for all layers (including part placement)
- Manufacturing drawing.
- Deliverables will be sent after the incorporation of any approved changes following the Interactive Routing Review.
Billing
- Your are billed in two 50% increments
- Credit Card (MC or VISA) will be charged the first 50% at the time the order is placed.
- The second 50% is due at the completion of the Interactive Part Placement Review.
- Your PCB layout is non-refundable.
Liability:
- We have experienced layout designers and we are committed to customer satisfaction. However, the final responsibility for design functionality and manufacturability are yours. We give no warranties regarding the design of your PCB.
- In no event shall Screaming Circuits’ liability exceed the amount of the order placed.
- Screaming Circuits gives no other warranty, either expressed or implied, and specifically disclaims all other warranties, including warranties for merchantability and fitness.
